These terms govern your use of Rehearse, an interview-practice app developed by Emre Hanaz ("we", "us"). By using the app, you agree to them. If you don't, please don't use the app.
Rehearse is a practice tool. It helps you rehearse answers to interview questions and gives you AI-generated feedback so you can improve. It is not a substitute for your own judgment, and it is not intended to be used to deceive an interviewer — for example, to generate answers in real time during an actual interview. Scores, rewrites, and questions are produced by an AI model and may be inaccurate or incomplete; use your own judgment before relying on them.
You keep ownership of what you say and write in the app. When cloud scoring is used, your transcript is sent to our server solely to generate a response for you, and is not stored afterward or used to train any model. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Rehearse Pro is offered as an auto-renewing subscription through your Apple Account, in the durations and prices shown in the app at the time of purchase (currently Weekly, Monthly, and 3-Month options). Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple Account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period, at the price you agreed to. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your device's Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, is forfeited when you purchase a subscription where applicable.
Don't use Rehearse to generate content that is illegal, harassing, or intended to impersonate a real person or organization. We may suspend access to the service for use that violates these terms.
Rehearse is provided "as is". We don't guarantee that using it will result in a job offer or any particular outcome, and we make no warranty that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
